Lead Architect, Finance Technology

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance the automation roadmap to improve efficiencies
• Transform manual workflows into agentic development processes
• Develop automations and AI agents for various financial tasks
• Assist in implementing close-management tools and integrations
• Configure and optimize finance systems and their connections
• Collaborate with accountants to translate their workflows into automations
• Make informed decisions between building in-house solutions and vendor partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance-related roles
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and operations
• Proven ability to identify and automate manual processes
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems
• Experience with AI agents and finance automation tools
• Hands-on experience in system configuration and scripting
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders

Compensation: $127,000 – $183,000 annually
