Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal color palettes and narratives for apparel collections.
• Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into impactful design stories.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute design vision from concept to prototype, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Create and deliver high‑quality presentations to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
• Contribute to concept development, schematic reviews, and product refinement, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
• Support multiple projects while maintaining a high level of creativity and precision, driving successful outcomes.

Requirements

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in color design, apparel design, or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional color theory, innovative storytelling, and practical product application.
• Expertise in industry‑standard vector graphics software and proficiency in image manipulation software.
• Experience with advanced 3D design and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of textiles, materials, and apparel construction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• A portfolio is required for consideration.
