Lead Angular Developer

Responsible for developing and delivering complex software solutions to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs and codes scalable, secure solutions with strong unit testing, ensuring seamless integration across systems with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.
• Contributes to story refinement and requirement definition.
• Participates in and guides estimation efforts across the delivery lifecycle.
• Assists the team in resolving technical complexities and drives best practices in design and development.
• Contributes to and enhances automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
• Analyzes test results, identifies defects, and triages root causes.
• Documents and communicates requirements for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Actively adopts modern engineering practices including cloud-native development, containerization, and AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Angular development, building scalable enterprise UI applications.
• 3+ years experience integrating with Java (Spring Boot) APIs and microservices architectures.
• 2+ years experience in performance tuning and optimizing Angular applications.
• Strong experience with OAuth2 / OIDC-based security integration.
• Experience with Jasmine, Karma, or similar testing frameworks for front-end test automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and deploying applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application design and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, automation, or intelligent assistants is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience building end-to-end applications (front-end + backend integration).
• Experience conducting performance and load testing.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Pay

$47.07 - 57.07 per hour
