About the role

We solve high-impact business problems with finance-grade data rigor and cross-functional impact. From cash flow visibility to operating performance and execution cadence, your work will help teams decide faster and execute with confidence.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, shape delivery standards, and see your work influence CFO, COO, and business unit decisions in weeks, not quarters. Lean pods with high accountability and direct client exposure. We optimize for measurable value, not slideware or vanity metrics. Production quality, clear docs, and reusable delivery patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics delivery for an active mid-market client engagement on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Take a structured backlog from in-flight to production, spanning inventory, market coverage, customer service, AP/AR, labor utilization, and warehouse operations reporting.
  • Establish the Lakehouse architecture, deployment pipelines, and data governance foundations that make the platform sustainable.
  • Build production-grade medallion pipelines, OneLake data models, and data quality controls for PE-backed and mid-market clients, turning raw ERP and operational data into governed, finance-ready assets.
  • Design semantic models and executive dashboards that drive board reporting, working capital decisions, close acceleration, and PE portfolio visibility, built on clean, governed Fabric data.
  • Lead architecture for Fabric, Azure, Purview, and Copilot engagements, designing security, governance, and AI-readiness patterns for finance and operations in mid-market and PE-backed environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in data engineering, analytics, or delivery leadership within finance or operations contexts.
