Lead Analyst, Pricing Strategy
Own end-to-end pricing strategy execution for assigned therapeutic areas. Build brand-specific strategies that map lifecycle stages, assign portfolio roles, set GTN targets, and define customer segmentation with customer-level investment recommendations. Monitor markets and collaborate across functions to implement and optimize pricing.
Responsibilities
- Execute documented pricing strategy process across lifecycle mapping, portfolio role assignment, GTN target setting, and segmentation.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies with detailed customer-level guidance across the portfolio.
- Apply deep understanding of competitive dynamics and channel economics to tailor pricing and incentives for growth and margin protection.
- Monitor market and GTN performance; recommend timely adjustments; deliver insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Promotions, and Customer Operations to operationalize strategies and communicate changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, ideally in animal health/pharma/regulated industries.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Skills
- Financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Competitive and market assessment.
- Stakeholder influence and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $148,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentive compensation.
Schedule
Hybrid role. Office-based position with Parsippany preferred.
