About the role

The Lead Analyst, Product Development Operations for UGG Footwear plays a crucial role in driving the design and execution of operational frameworks, performance metrics, and advanced analytics that enable data-driven product creation. This position oversees complex, cross-functional processes and delivers scalable solutions to improve speed to market, organizational visibility, and execution performance across the global product development organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive KPI frameworks for workload, throughput, handoffs, and speed to market
  • Develop capacity models to align seasonal demand with organizational capability and forecast constraints
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for prioritization, resource allocation, and operational improvements
  • Own and evolve GTM calendar governance, ensuring milestone alignment across Product Development, Materials, and Engineering
  • Drive on-time milestone execution through risk identification, scenario planning, and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and implement visibility tools for real-time tracking of execution health and performance
  • Define, standardize, and optimize cross-functional workflows across Product Development, Engineering, and Materials
  • Maintain end-to-end lifecycle cost visibility to support informed decision-making and optimization
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational discipline
  • Evaluate tooling investments against budget targets and identify opportunities for cost efficiency
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance forecasting accuracy and cost management
  • Develop and deliver executive-level operational and financial reporting with clear insights and recommendations
  • Synthesize data into compelling narratives for leadership decisions and long-range planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5–7+ years in product development, operations, or analytics
  • Experience in footwear or consumer product lifecycle preferred
  • Advanced analytical capability, including Excel and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with PLM systems (FPLM preferred)
  • Strong process design, project management, and operational optimization skills
  • Proven ability to model and analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Qualifications

Pay

$108,700.00 - $146,700.00

Typical schedule: 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday
