Lead Analyst, Business Planning

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with our manufacturing and supply chain partners to understand capacity and constraints and analyze potential options to resolve
• Collaborate with marketing managers and customer team to create product forecasts
• Review and analyze changes to the product pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing managers and the business development team to build strategic marketing models to help guide our long-term investments
• Work with finance, marketing, and sales to forecast near term and long-range revenue
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Portfolio Program Management Office and the division program managers to review the progress of new products and highlight potential areas for improvement

Must Have Skills

• 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Able to summarize business goals into metrics and dashboards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
• Cross-functional influence: lead and influence technical approaches across organizational boundaries
• Problem resolution: resolving complex technical issues that span multiple domains, applying creative solutions to unprecedented challenges

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• Experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
• Strong project management skills
