Lead AI Project Manager, CX

Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility AI/GenAI projects while ensuring alignment with scope and timelines
• Oversee project plans, schedules, and all documentation related to core deliverables
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership routinely
• Drive accountability and ownership within project teams
• Handle escalations with a focus on professionalism and urgency
• Guide teams throughout the project lifecycle for smooth execution
• Mentor project managers to enhance PMO best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in customer-facing software delivery
• Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI project delivery
• Strong analytical skills in risk management and escalation handling
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills
• Advanced proficiency in tools like MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI
• PMP certification required

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
