Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Engineering & Automation team to enhance developer productivity

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles for projects or programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong background in AI-enabled engineering and workflow automation
- Experience in complex software engineering environments
- Proficient in translating organizational strategy into actionable plans
- Familiar with AI agents and AI-assisted software engineering tools
- Understanding of CI/CD and secure integration patterns
- Ability to influence and drive change among senior stakeholders
