About The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise software solutions supporting financial systems and AI-powered applications. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build scalable, cloud-native applications while driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions for financial systems and AI-powered applications.
- Architect and implement scalable services that integrate with internal and third-party financial platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, and Data Science teams to define technical requirements and deliver intelligent automation solutions.
- Apply machine learning and AI technologies to optimize financial workflows, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, architecture, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
- Mentor and support software engineers while promoting engineering best practices, innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and cloud-native development to support long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership on complex enterprise applications.
- Experience developing software for enterprise financial systems, licensing platforms, or other business-critical applications.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate business processes or improve enterprise outcomes.
- Strong programming experience with Java and Python.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application development.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Qualifications
- Experience supporting licensing, digital commerce, financial operations, or enterprise business platforms.
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards, governance, and audit processes.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
