Lead AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent AI agent systems and LLM-based applications
• Develop autonomous workflow solutions within enterprise applications
• Provide expertise in Large Language Models, multi-agent architectures, and RAG systems
• Lead the integration of cloud AI services and enterprise AI solutions
• Deploy AI models and agents across various environments (dev, staging, production)
• Advise on best practices for AI agent development and enterprise AI integration

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Senior AI/ML Developer with multiple agentic AI system implementations
• Proficient in developing, deploying, and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization
• Strong experience with Python development and AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and PyTorch
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, and experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs
