NOW HIRING: SENIOR / LEAD AI DEVELOPER Client: CNA Insurance Location: Remote Employment: W2 Only Experience: 15+ Years Work Authorization: USC / H4EAD / Independent Visa Ideal Candidate Profile Systems Thinker: Understands complex enterprise interconnections and downstream impacts.Hands-On Fixer: Builds and implements solutions rather than only identifying issues.Battle-Scarred Veteran: Strong production, troubleshooting, modernization, and incident experience.Technical Leader: Hands-on Senior/Lead Engineer capable of guiding development pods. Key Responsibilities Lead reverse engineering of complex enterprise applications using AI agents/skills.Analyze architecture, dependencies, integrations, databases, security flows, runtime, and deployments.Create spec-driven implementation plans for AI-assisted development teams.Design and govern reusable AI skills and agents for modernization and remediation.Drive Java and .NET modernization, including JDK, JBoss, Maven/Gradle, dependencies, and infrastructure.Lead security modernization using LDAP, Okta, OAuth/OIDC, and JWT.Assess application blast radius, integrations, databases, libraries, batch processes, and deployment pipelines.Lead technical troubleshooting, P1 incidents, debugging, and RCA.Mentor developers in agentic engineering, secure coding, code review, and human-in-the-loop verification. Required Skills Hands-on experience building/configuring AI agents and skills.Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or comparable agentic tooling.Strong enterprise Java and/or .NET development experience.Java modernization: JDK, JBoss/Application Servers, Maven, Gradle, dependency remediation.Linux/Red Hat and Windows environments.LDAP, Okta, OAuth, OIDC, JWT.API, Database, SQL, Integration, CI/CD, Git, Debugging, Logging, Observability.Spec-driven development, technical design, code review, testing, and production support.Ability to validate AI-generated output through human verification and engineering controls.
