Exceptional Skills And Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, and confidential information required.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead, mentoring, project coordination, or informal leadership role preferred.

Leadership and Coordination
- Lead daily Administrative Services operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management support to Administrative Support Partners while fostering engagement and professional growth.
- Coordinate staffing, workload distribution, scheduling, and service coverage to ensure uninterrupted administrative support and meet evolving business needs.
- Partner directly with executive leaders to manage complex administrative responsibilities while modeling professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and workforce initiatives through collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and administrative excellence.
