Lead Acrylic Bath Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete acrylic bath and shower remodeling projects
• Remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address customer questions throughout the project
• Train and assist installation team members when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Protect customer property and ensure customer satisfaction on every job
• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and installation photos
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and installation materials

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bath remodeling industry required
• Previous experience installing acrylic bath or shower systems preferred
• Strong carpentry, trim carpentry, and remodeling skills
• Ability to read and take accurate measurements using tape measures, levels, and combination squares
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Proficiency with power tools, including drills, jigsaws, circular saws, and other installation equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead installation projects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
