Lead 1st shift

About the role

Lead all team members in fulfilling product orders according to customer demand. Ensure smooth operations, quality production, and team efficiency in a premium poultry processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant awareness of product flow and packaging alignment with sales needs.
• Oversee team tasks, ensuring all members have necessary tools and supplies.
• Proactively address safety or quality concerns to maintain high product standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills for individual and group settings.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks required for the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
