Le PODCAST "Imaginaires de réemploi" est en ligne !
About the project
Imaginaires de réemploi is a podcast sharing our experience from an architecture residency held in late 2023 in Caen. It explores our investigation into reuse within the city, our reflections, and the many encounters we had on this topic. The first three episodes are available on SoundCloud and Spotify.
Key questions we explore include:
- Is it possible to build with "second-hand" materials?
- What does this concept evoke in collective imagination?
- Why has this ancestral practice been forgotten?
- What relationship do Normans have with this practice?
- How can we limit waste and extraction generated by urban construction?
- Why are these cultural and collective issues?
Through this podcast, we share the inquiry we conducted by meeting various Norman stakeholders and audiences, presenting the narrative of our interviews and reflections to "open your imaginations."
