Le Moyne's Chophouse Server Assistant

About the role

As a Server Assistant at Le Moyne’s Chophouse, you will be the crucial link between the front of house and the kitchen, ensuring that our 60-seat, dinner-only restaurant runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest and server needs to consistently deliver a quality, fine-dining experience.
• Clear, clean, and meticulously reset tables for arriving guests.
• Serve food and polish/refill beverages with speed, accuracy, and grace.
• Prepare and maintain pristine, organized food stations.
• Handle guest needs with a polite, engaging, and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Must be 19 or older with a valid Mobile County Health Dept. Beverage/Food Handler's card.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Hospitality experience is preferred; knowledge of upscale restaurant operations and POS systems (Micros, Aloha) or reservation software (OpenTable, Resy) is a plus.

Pay

$10.00/hour + tip outs

Schedule

Open flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical

Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and safely lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
