LDT Quality Control Technician

About the Role

This position collaborates with LDT Operations to increase efficiency within the organization and ensure accuracy of:

  • DPLEAK job logs and licensed affiliate video uploads
  • Reviews job logs and videos for accuracy
  • Corresponds with affiliate administration on test results and certifications
  • Issues certifications to affiliates
  • Ensures affiliates comply with established DPLEAK protocols and procedures
  • Maintains SPO log and coordinates completed jobs with operations and billing to ensure timely and consistent billing
  • Assists with billing prep and billing as needed
  • Handles tester and inspector certifications at the state level
  • Works with LDT management to establish state-specific testing requirements and collaborates with licensing to ensure compliance
  • Works with individual testers and operations to ensure testers achieve and maintain State, ICC, PEI, and manufacturers training and certification
  • Manages Vairrko training documentation (JF training portal)
  • Serves as Vairrko lead for LDT, collaborating with JF training management to ensure field testers/techs fully utilize Vairrko and upload certifications
  • Assists with obtaining and uploading new tester certifications and demonstrating Vairrko functionality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Petroleum industry experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Appreciation for the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols
  • High personal commitment to delivering quality service
  • Troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities
  • Must pass company employment requirements, including drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR (if driving for the company)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for 8-10 hours per day
