About the role

The Leadership Development Program is an all‑encompassing program that teaches all aspects of Elliott Electric Supply. Participants begin in the warehouse, learning every position at our Regional Distribution Center. After mastering warehouse skills, trainees are trained on counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. The goal of the program is to develop strong inside and outside sales teams to increase sales in existing markets and to prepare for new locations and branches planned for the future.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Desires to be part of the team and help grow our footprint in Arizona.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
