LCSW Supervisee - Social Work - Fee for Service

Role Overview

Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Virginia licensure as a LCSW will provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face mental health sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to a diverse client base.
• Conduct intakes and, preferably, diagnose clients.
• Treat conditions such as depression and anxiety.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly.
• Utilize clinical technology effectively.
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications & Skills

• Approved by the board as an LMSW.
• Graduate or post‑graduate counseling experience, especially in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
• Residency within 45 minutes of the office.
• Seeking independent licensure in Virginia.
• Comfortable working both in‑office and remotely.
• Ability to treat various client populations, including children and couples.
• Confidence with telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
