About the role

The LCSW/LPC Mental Health Consultant at Red Rock Job Corps provides clinical services to students, staff, and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students and staff
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Current license to practice as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Arizona
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
