LCSW / LICSW Inpatient Therapist

About the role

Provides individual, group, and family therapy in an inpatient behavioral health setting, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and process groups to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, promote emotional regulation and coping skills, facilitate recovery, and coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or applicable field
• Active LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of acute hospital experience in specialty
• Experience with psychotherapy, treatment planning, discharge planning, group therapy, and individual sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Group therapy experience

Schedule

13-week assignment, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay

$1,600.00 – $2,500.00 per week
