LCSW-Consult Liaison - Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our inpatient consult liaison team at our Renown Regional Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and support to inpatients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and provide individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 minimum years as a licensed clinician in a mental health setting & 3 years in a mental health setting.
• Ability to obtain L2K2 (Legal Hold) Certification & Decertification Approval from the Board of Social Work.
• Licensure: Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada licensure as LCSW.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
