About the role

• Create your own schedule (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
• Consistent, reliable caseload with no cancellations
• Work close to home in partnered facilities
• No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts

Responsibilities

• Review your schedule, check for new referrals, and note any changes in residents’ conditions
• Meet with residents throughout the day for brief, focused therapy sessions (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment)
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new or ongoing residents
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs and behavioral concerns
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes to meet compliance and billing standards
• Connect with family members when needed and plan follow-ups for the next day

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW license (associate or limited licenses not accepted)

Pay

$80,000–$100,000 annually (fee-for-service or salaried options available)
