Job Description & Requirements LCSW StartDate: 10/27/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2500.00 Position Summary Lcsw POSITION DUTIES Home Health LCSW MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS (AHA), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License, 3 years experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday 08-4:30pm. We have our weekly Interdisciplinary team meeting on Thursday mornings that is a requirement to attend.
