LCSW Associate - Fee For Service

About the role

This position is for provisionally licensed individuals pursuing North Carolina licensure as an LCSW to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients
• Conduct intake assessments
• Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria (preferred)
• Treat diverse populations including children and couples
• Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions weekly

Requirements

• Approved as an LCSWA
• Graduate or post-graduate counseling experience, particularly in depression and anxiety
• Comfortable with clinical technology
• Committed to client progress
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office
• Seek independent licensure in North Carolina
