The role involves performing method validation and bioanalytical work using LC-MS/MS in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Include Conducting routine to moderate-level method validation activities in compliance with SOPs and regulationsExecuting advanced validation tasks under supervisionResolving procedural and scientific issues through data analysis and instrument skillsReviewing reports, methods, and SOPs to ensure audit-ready documentationManaging projects, coordinating team efforts, and communicating deviations or corrective actions Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields1.5+ years of hands-on LC-MS/MS bioanalysis experience with MRM-based quantitationExperience with ADME/PK assays, liver microsomal stability, and permeability assaysProficiency with triple quadrupole mass spectrometers and data software (MassLynx, MassHunter, Analyst)Strong attention to detail and ability to produce reproducible, high-quality dataExperience in GLP/GCP-regulated environments or pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO settings
