Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least two years of management experience in a retail environment
Qualifications
- Experience with the following:
Point of Sale systems
Computer proficiency
Loss prevention and cash management
Scheduling and payroll management
Space management and visual merchandising expertise
Skills
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Pay
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $30.58 to $32.55 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
Schedule
The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
