Lawson Infor Functional Systems Lead
Responsibilities
- Support and advance the organization’s Infor Lawson and Infor CloudSuite applications.
- Lead system implementations, support acquisitions, and partner with the organization during periods of growth and change.
- Help integrate new entities, modernize systems, and ensure seamless transitions that support patient care and business continuity.
- Serve as a trusted functional partner to clinical, financial, and operational teams.
- Ensure data integrity, lead and coordinate testing efforts, configure system functionality, develop reports, and analyze workflows to improve efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in CloudSuite and Lawson upgrades, implementations, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and promote best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- 6+ years of Lawson/Infor systems full life cycle implementation work experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience with both Lawson v.10 and v.11, and Infor Cloud Suite.
- Experience integrating Lawson/Infor systems with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems is required.
- Proven hands-on experience of Lawson/Infor system implementation in a healthcare setting required.
- Proven hands-on experience of Lawson/Infor modules is a must.
- Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and framework), and Lawson Add-ins required.
- Ability to define Process flows for Infor Process Automation is required.
- Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required.
- Proven experience with Lawson end user support and troubleshooting is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands on IT systems/Technology experience.
- Project Management experience will be a plus.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Pay & Benefits
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
