Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

About the role

Work outdoors keeping every property on the route sharp, learn the trade from a crew that has your back, and grow into steady, year‑round work.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge properties to maintain clean lines and healthy turf.
• Load and unload equipment, keeping the crew moving and the route on time.
• Maintain mowers, trimmers, and tools by cleaning and preparing them for use.
• Learn the trade and develop skills that can lead to a foreman position.
• Optional: Join the snow crew in winter to provide snow removal and earn additional wages.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability to show up for a full day outdoors.
• Physical ability to be on your feet all day and lift or handle equipment and materials up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Flexible, season‑based schedule with early starts during mowing season.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
