We’re looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader who has proven experience safely operating a truck and trailer, with the potential to lead a small team and take ownership of their route each day.

A lawn maintenance crew leader is responsible for overseeing lawn maintenance crews while assisting in the maintenance of both commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lawn projects from start to finish.
• Lead others and delegate lawn maintenance tasks.
• Perform commercial and residential mowing.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers).
• Prune shrubbery and trees.
• Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan chauffeur’s license preferred.
• DOT medical card preferred.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
• Attention to detail and detail‑oriented.
• Delivers quality work and services.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects for prolonged periods.
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the day in extreme weather conditions.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain good attendance and report to work on time every day.
