About the role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn about agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and commercial customers
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing appropriate equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of John Deere equipment preferred

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
