Lush Lawn Commercial is a leading provider of lawn care services including weed control, grub control, aeration/seeding, natural lawn care, soil testing, and more. We also offer water management solutions and pest control services like mole and vole control.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and watering according to a schedule.
• Identify and treat weeds, grubs, and other pests in accordance with company standards.
• Use proper lawn care equipment and techniques to ensure optimal results.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate these to clients as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in lawn care or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic lawn care practices and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using lawn care equipment.
• Experience with chemical applications and understanding of safety procedures.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
