Lawn Care Spray Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain turf, ornamental trees, and shrubs on homeowner properties.
• Apply fertilizer and weed control to clients' lawns.
• Apply other lawn care applications such as mosquito, outdoor pest, fire ant control, fungicide treatments, and applications for disease and pests on ornamental trees and shrubs.
• Organize production and service calls while maintaining customer relationships.
• Schedule wear-and-tear vehicle maintenance and fill tanks with appropriate chemicals.
• Drive company service vehicles on service routes and sell add-on services to existing clients and develop new customers.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Pass a re-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• Be at least 21 years old (required to drive a company vehicle).
• Commit to safety and use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Be friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Able to work in varied weather conditions.
• Able to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.

Qualifications

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $20.00-$23.00 per hour, along with full benefits including health insurance, a 401K with company match, 9 paid holidays, paid vacation (up to 1 week your first year), and paid sick leave (up to 40 hours after 1 year of service).
