Lawn Care Applicator

Essential Functions

• Working individually or with a crew to provide lawn care services to all properties on assigned route.
• Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides for pest and weed control in lawn and ornamentals.
• Unload and load equipment at each property, remove loose trash and debris from landscape area prior to servicing area.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines including local ordinances.
• Keep scheduled appointments with customers, as applicable.
• Interact and ask questions of clients if they are present when the job is completed, to determine client concerns and existing conditions.
• Sell additional services to existing and prospective clients.
• Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of client properties.

Pay

The wage range is $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Up to $27/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
