Lawn Applications Technician / Lawn and Tree Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide services to residential or commercial customer properties in a timely, safe manner, using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat customers' lawns.
• Perform soil analysis, control insects, diseases, and unsightly weeds.
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn maintenance, advise on lawn and landscape problems, and determine appropriate solutions for their unique needs.
• Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers, resulting in the growth of our clientele.
• Use expert knowledge to resolve customer concerns onsite.

Requirements

• WSDA pesticide license with Ornamental Weed or Ornamental Insect and Disease Certification (preferred, but not required).
• Heavy lifting of up to 60lbs.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
