Lawn and Pest Technician

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform lawncare tasks such as fertilizing, along with other lawncare products
• Help grow your route by informing customers about our services
• Drive to house to house to complete daily route
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and work area

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
• Able to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to bend and crawl
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

This role pays $20 per hour with the potential to earn more based on production and commission.
