Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from potential clients and their families — often people navigating one of the most stressful moments of their lives
- Lead intake conversations with confidence and empathy, helping people feel informed and supported while guiding them toward a decision
- Navigate common concerns around cost, timing, and uncertainty with calm, honest communication
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inquiries with urgency and organization
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM (Lawmatics)
- Clock in with attorneys to schedule consultations and relay key information
- Be available for time-sensitive inquiries outside standard business hours when needed — our clients' needs don't always follow a 9–5 schedule
Qualifications
- A proven track record of results: you know your numbers, you work your pipeline, and you follow through
- Emotional intelligence: you can connect with someone who is stressed or uncertain — and still move the conversation forward with professionalism and care
- Resilience and follow-through: consistent in follow-up, proactive, and driven by outcomes
- Excellent communication skills: warm, confident, and clear — on the phone, via text, and in writing
- CRM proficiency: comfortable managing a pipeline and keeping accurate records
- High ethical standards and sound judgment — non-negotiable in a legal setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000
- Performance incentives: Expected total earnings $120,000+ at plan
