Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, delivering timely, high-quality solutions for software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Support and facilitate meeting technologies, including video conferencing, client presentations, and special events.
- Provide on-site and remote end-user support, ensuring proper escalation and resolution in coordination with IT teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain firm-standard software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Maintain office computers, printers, and IT asset inventory.
- Manage and track service requests using the firm's ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Support mobile technologies (iOS, iPadOS) and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN).
- Collaborate with firmwide IT groups on planned maintenance, outages, and project deployments.
- Promote and enforce data security policies and compliance requirements.
- Participate in IT projects, end-user training, and the adoption of new technologies.
Proficiencies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suite, Teams, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with networking technologies, cabling, and data communication devices.
- Proficiency with document management systems (iManage/Work 10).
- Familiarity with remote access tools (Citrix, VPN) and mobile platforms.
- Understanding of data security best practices and project management fundamentals.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing IT support (hardware, software, networking).
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring, installing, and maintaining client operating systems and related devices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and managing LAN, WAN, and network systems.
- Prior experience working in a law firm is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
