Law Enforcement Partnership Outreach Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach services, clinical assessments and case management services to community members
• Aid community members in identifying available resources, services, and treatment options
• Facilitate linkage to services
• Conduct ongoing assessment of client’s emotional well-being, clinical symptomology, and behavioral changes
• Collaborate with On P.O.I.N.T. team, law enforcement, and community service providers as needed
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team for collaboration of client care
• Offer direct assistance to consumers in obtaining basic needs
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary

Requirements

• Master's Degree in human services related field
• LAC/LSW preferred
• Experience in providing community outreach services
• Knowledge of the Ocean County System of Care for Adults and youth
• Experience/understanding of law enforcement or working with law enforcement strongly preferred
• Valid NJ Driver's License with less than six (6) points
