This position involves legal research, legal analysis, and drafting memoranda, opinions, and other dispositions of issues raised before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Admission and good standing with the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. Law School
• Satisfactory criminal background check

Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, analyze it with reference to relevant legal concepts, and present it in a concise written document
• Intellectual curiosity and flexibility
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships
• Experience with the latest version of Microsoft Word
• Strong writing skills
• Appellate experience or prior clerkship experience preferred

Pay

Starting salary range: $68,083–$80,925
