Laurens Container Utility/Shipping Loader

About the role

Utility/Shipping Loader position at the Laurens Container Facility (21313 Hwy 221 N, Laurens, SC 29360). Hourly full‑time role working 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Must be a qualified forklift driver
• Unload units from production line and store in designated place in warehouse
• Load and unload trailers as required
• Record number and type of defects for quality control purposes
• Count units, kits, etc. and compute totals
• Issue receipts
• Perform daily housekeeping to meet AIB standards
• Perform daily safety checks on forklifts
• Check and maintain i‑point for accuracy

Pay

Entry level Utility position at $19.57 per hour. After 90‑day probationary period, promotion to Shipping Loader position at $22.92 per hour (subject to performance). Shift differential of $0.25 for 2nd and 3rd shift. Sign‑on bonuses: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years. Retention bonus: $500 after 1 year. Additional lump sum after 2 years.

Schedule

Hourly full‑time position working 2nd or 3rd shift (2nd shift: 3 pm – 11 pm).
