LAUNDRY SERVICE (PART TIME)
About the role
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time LAUNDRY SERVICE position at Washington University St. Louis, located at One Brookings Drive, Suite 1194, Saint Louis, MO 63130. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is part-time, Friday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Perks include uniforms, lunch, metro pass, and scholarships. Responsibilities
- Properly sorts, washes, and dries linens following approved procedures.
- Folds, counts, and stacks linens according to approved procedures.
- Collects soiled linens and redistributes clean linens.
- Transports supplies, including clean and soiled linens, to appropriate storage and collection areas.
- Provides quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail.
- Routinely inspects linens for wear and tear, identifying and handling damaged linens according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintains commercial and residential laundry rooms in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous hotel, hospital, and senior living laundry care experience is preferred.
