LAUNDRY SERVICE (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a full-time LAUNDRY SERVICE position at Oaks on Parkwood located at 2651 Laurel Oaks Drive, Bessemer, AL 35022. Online applications are accepted only. The position operates on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Properly sorts, washes, and dries linens according to approved procedures.
• Folds, counts, and stacks linens following approved procedures.
• Collects soiled linens and redistributes clean linens.
• Transports supplies, including clean and soiled linens, to appropriate storage and collection areas.
• Provides quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail.
• Routinely inspects linens for wear and tear, identifying and handling damaged linens according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintains commercial and residential laundry rooms in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
