About the Role

We are seeking a Laundry/Porter to join our team. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms in common areas
• Dusting all cleared flat surfaces
• Disposing of trash and cleaning carpets and other floors
• Performing laundry duties
• Responsible for setups for events
• General housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas
• Following the priority order set by your supervisor
• Properly maintaining equipment and supplies
• Adhering to attendance policies and maintaining punctuality
• Always respecting resident confidentiality

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Good attendance record

Qualifications

Preferred prior laundry porter experience in a healthcare or similar setting.

Pay

$15 per hour
