About the role
The Laundry Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inn’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spaces
- Execute turndown service when necessary
- Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
- Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
- Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms
- Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
Qualifications
- Hospitality background preferred
