Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest laundry according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain commercial laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment, ensuring proper use and safety.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues to management for appropriate action.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Cook with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of clean linens and guest laundry services.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Basic understanding of laundry processes and stain removal techniques. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
