Responsible for managing laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean laundry to residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean laundry to residents.
- Ensure all laundry items are clean and meet quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding laundry services.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving laundry items.
