Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean, press, and fold clothes and other textile articles
• Use commercial pressing and folding equipment
• Program and log operations of laundry equipment
• Iron sheets, pillowcases, and tablecloths
• Fold towels and sort soiled linen
• Load dryers and distribute linen to various storage areas within the hotel
• Operate cleaning equipment and stand for long hours

Requirements

• Previous laundry experience in a hotel preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and understanding of fabric care
• Reliable team player able to multitask
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• Weekend availability required
