THE ROLE Role As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping the hotel running smoothly. You’ll ensure linens are clean, fresh, properly cared for, and available when our Housekeeping team needs them, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient laundry operation. You will: Sort, inspect, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens according to established standardsIdentify stains and treat linens appropriately before washingEnsure clean linens are folded, organized, and stored in the proper locationsDeliver linens to Housekeeping and other areas as requestedKeep an accurate flow of clean and soiled linens throughout the laundry operationMaintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry work areaSafely operate laundry equipment and use approved detergents and cleaning agentsReport damaged or missing linens and any guest belongings found to the Housekeeping SupervisorAssist Room Attendants with housekeeping duties as neededCommunicate effectively and courteously with guests and fellow team membersSupport other Housekeeping and hotel departments as neededMaintain a friendly, professional, and team-focused approach throughout every shift What Success Looks Like Success means the Housekeeping team has the clean, fresh linens they need, when they need them. You keep the laundry operation organized and moving efficiently, take care with the quality of every load, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
